Justice or Just US?
Agent 116, Agent of Terror

Is it Justice or Just US? It appears that there is no equal application of
justice within the Department of Justice. Demmansay.com has learned that
Agent 116 is terrorizing the Assistant Attorney Generals (AAG) in the St
Thomas district. One AAG reportedly came to Court with marching orders to
have a witness in a murder case perjure herself on the witness stand, at
which time the assigned Assistant Attorney General would move to dismiss
the case. Two and a half hours into the hearing, the witness finally perjured
herself. The Defense attorney asked for the matter to be dismissed. The
AAG indicated that he came to Court prepared to dismiss the charges. The
Judge became irate realizing that the Court’s time had been wasted. The
AAG put on record that he had done as he had been instructed to do by
Agent 116. When Agent 116 was confronted with what had transpired in
Court, he denied giving the AAG the marching orders. A hearing was held
with Idiot AG Frazer, Agent 116, the AAG that was assigned to the murder
case, as well as another AAG that was present when Agent 116 gave the
orders. Frazer heard from Agent 116, and cut off the assigned AAG in the
midst of his explanation and declared that he had “heard enough”. The AAG
who witnessed the issuance of the marching orders was never given the
opportunity to say what he had observed. Agent 116 suspended the
assigned AAG for 6 months without pay. The assigned AAG then reminded
Idiot AG of the gun-toting allegations that led to 116’s abrupt departure from
the St Croix AG Office, after which Idiot AG reduced the suspension.
Demmansay.com then learned that a couple weeks ago, Agent 116
suspended another AAG for 30 days, because the AAG was caught sitting
to his desk, not wearing a tie. Yes, all employees should be required to
follow applicable rules and regulations in the workplace but 30 days without
pay seems somewhat draconian in our eyes.
Interestingly enough, Agent 116 has yet to pass the VI Bar Exam. How
detrimental must it be to the morale of barred AAGs to be subjected to the
antics of gun-toting, unbarred, Agent 116? Maybe it’s time we ask the VI
Supreme Court to revisit the “Peanut Rule”, which allows unbarred attorneys
to practice as AAGs and in the Office of the Public Defender. Clearly, this is
not what the justices envisioned when they went with the “Peanut Rule”.

Contrast the treatment of these two AAGs (both men of African descent)
with that of Iris Kerns (Caucasian). Kerns is a Special Assistant to Idiot AG
who ran a shadow prosecution, including witness tampering, in the Jamie
Cockayne homicide case. When Kerns’ activities were unearthed, the Court
was forced to give the Defendants in the Cockayne case a new trial. To
date, Kerns has NEVER been suspended with or without pay or even
reprimanded for her actions. By the way, Kerns is the same individual that
received her $80,000 appointment from Governor John DeWolf when it was
discovered that approximately $80,000 had grown feet and walked away
from the St John Safety Zone under Kerns’ watch. Is this a case of Justice or
JUST US?
