DMS's roving reporter has confirmed that Sirri Hamad, a sitting member of the VI's utility regulatory agency, the Public Services Commission, was so inspired by Barshinger's approach to dealing with the rising costs of electricity that he adopted the practice of stealing power from WAPA to operate his laundromat on the Big Island. Mr. James has collected and spent government money for furniture that the Government NEVER received. Furthermore, he failed to file any tax returns for 10 years (See attached deposition, Pages 19 & 20). Amazingly, former Sen. "Chucky" Hansen is on trial for not filing for 5 years.
